Super Easy Air Fryer Veggie Egg Bake
This super easy recipe is sure to become a staple in your house for those busy summer schedules or a quick healthy breakfast.

Cook Time 12 minutes mins
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/8 cup onion or to your liking
- 1/2 cup Spinach chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 oz ground turkey, chicken or beef *Meat is optional. May have to add additional cook time when adding meat.
- pinch salt season to your liking.
- Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees for 3 minutes
Chop all veggies and set aside
Crack eggs into a small bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Whisk eggs and seasoning until well combined
Place liner in the air fryer and pour in egg mixture
Add veggies and meat
Cook at 390 for 12 minutes. If your adding meat you may need to add additional cook time.
Remove from paper onto a plate and add your favorite hot sauce, salsa, avocado salsa or guacamole.
