Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
Cut baby potatoes in half to quarter size pieces depending on the size of the potato and place in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with the 2 tbsp of olive or avocado oil.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder to the bowl.
Mix potatoes, oil and seasonings until fully coated.
Divide into 2 batches if using a single air fryer or divide between 2 bins if using a dual zone air fryer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, tossing potatoes half way through to make sure they cook evenly.
Poke with a fork to make sure they are soft and crispy. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if not fully cooked.
