Food is one of the many magical things when you visit Walt Disney World and we want you to enjoy all of it, especially when you have allergies or intolerances.

That’s why we are going to share with you some of our Top Dairy Free Options in Walt Disney World.
As a family with allergies Disney has always been a place where we felt super comfortable. We have had so many wonderful memories and experiences around a meal and it is so nice to feel comfortable and safe when on vacation.
In this post we are going to run through some of our favorite things we tried on our most recent Walt Disney World vacation that are primarily dairy free but also are vegan or address some of the top allergens.

I would like to say that it is always important to say something to the Disney staff regarding your allergies. Even at quick service locations they can usually address or accommodate allergies of all sorts. And the best part is that they get the head chef involved to check all ingredients to make you feel safe and understood.
Disney also has allergy friendly menus that you can order from on the my disney experience app. The great part about it is that it is broken down by each individual allergy. Just look for the green allergy friendly symbol at the bottom of select park and hotel restaurant menus. And again, if you don’t see the allergy listed ask one of the cast members for assistance.

Ok let’s get on with the delicious food we tried on our recent trip to Walt Disney World. Below you will find a list of what we tried and where you can find each food item. Most of the items are vegan/plant-based as that removes the dairy which is our primary allergy/sensitivity. I will say that we are not truly vegan but many of the items may address other intolerances as well.
D-Luxe Burger (Disney Springs)– Plant-based Burger: made with plant-based Gouda, pickles, lettuce and Tomato served on a Parker House Roll. D-Luxe Burger
Character Breakfast, Topolino’s Terrace– Not only is this in our opinion one of the best character dining experiences, it has an extensive allergy friendly menu. Also make sure to tell your server your specific allergies and they will make sure it makes your experience extra magical.
